Requirements

  • Du bist Student in einem industrienahen Studiengang, z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder studierst Wirtschaft und hast eine hohe Affinität zu technischen Themen
  • Flexibilität und Motivation sich selbstständig und zielorientiert zwischen den Produktionslinien, der Instandhaltungswerkstatt und dem Schreibtisch zu bewegen sowie mit einer Vielzahl von Kollegen zu interagieren
  • Freude an der Herausforderung im Dreieck der Qualitätsaspekte sowie der technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Interessen eines Produktionsbetriebs die Lösung zu finden, die alle Aspekte optimal berücksichtigt
  • Gute M365 Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, SAP und/oder ERP-Systemkenntnisse von Vorteil

Responsibilities

  • Lerne mit unseren Operatoren und Technikern den Abfüll- und Verpackungsprozess von einem an die Pharmaindustrie grenzenden Produkt kennen
  • Analysiere die vergangenen Störungen und Instandhaltungsaufträge sowie die bestehenden Wartungspläne und -strategien
  • Optimiere und erstelle zusammen mit unserem erfahrenen Team Wartungspläne und Ersatzteilstrategien und pflege diese in unsere SAP-basierten Instandhaltungsstrukturen ein
  • Arbeite zusammen mit unseren Lieferanten in der Definition von Ersatzteilen, der Einholung von Offerten und Zertifikaten und sorge dafür, dass die kritischen Teile stets zur rechten Zeit verfügbar sein sind
