The required qualifications include being actively enrolled in an Engineering degree or being a recent graduate, a strong interest in biomedical technology, being a motivated self-starter, and having excellent communication skills.
What are the preferred qualifications for this role?
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Six Sigma or LEAN, experience with SolidWorks and Minitab, and experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
What type of work will the Process Engineering Associate be involved in?
The Process Engineering Associate will support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, build and test prototype devices, assist with the development of validation and test plans, and lead LEAN initiatives, among other responsibilities.
