Responsibilities

  • Shadow merchandising supervisor and attend meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate and interface with all cross-functional teams including design, product development, sourcing, and marketing.
  • Review quantitative selling reports to perform analysis on best/worst sellers.
  • Help analyze the competitive marketing order to ensure pricing and brand positioning is in line with the competition.
  • Prepare regular competitive shopping recaps.
  • Perform trend research.
