Responsibilities

  • Scoping and planning your project, with pre-defined goals and boundaries.
  • Clearly and concisely synthesize and analyze both quant/qual data and insights to help drive design decisions and iterations, with guidance from senior designers and stakeholders.
  • Create ecosystem maps, user journeys, service blueprints, storyboards and prototypes that make the end-to-end service design tangible.
  • Design and host workshops to engage stakeholders around the overall experience and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Frame and tell the story of design Present the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
  • Bring passion and energy around the Service Design craft, and help the team shift from a product mindset, to a service and platform mindset.
