Responsibilities

  • Unterstütze dein Team bei der Planung, Budgetierung, Organisation und Durchführung von physischen und digitalen Kundenevents (von kleinen Peer Lunches zu grossen Fachveranstaltungen mit bis zu 200 Personen)
  • Schreibe Texte und erstelle toolgenerierte Einladungen und Kundenmailings auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erstelle Zielgruppen-Analysen, Marketinglisten, Follow-up Massnahmen und Reports auf Basis unseres CRM-Systems
  • Unterstütze bei der Erstellung wiederkehrender Newsletter für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
  • Übernimm verschiedene Projektmanagement-Aufgaben (Koordination, Qualitätssicherung, Termine, Rechnungskontrolle)
  • Bereite Inhalte für unsere Website und unsere Social Media Kanäle auf und distribuiere diese via unserer Publishing-Tools
