  • Oversee day-to-day management, support, and operations of the Introhive application
  • Provide production support and assist with data quality reviews for onboarded firms
  • Maintain current connectors/integrations with Sales Cloud, Introhive and Marketing platforms and coordinate additional integrations as needed
  • Manage the delivery of enhancements to app exchange products, as well as campaigns and marketing functionality within sales cloud
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and document requests for enhancements to integrations and marketing functionality within the Introhive and Sales Cloud platform
