Requirements

  • Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills including data entry and formatting, inserting images, sorting and filtering
  • Basic SharePoint skills including creating folders, uploading and downloading files and managing versions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. The individual must be able to format sentences with proper structure and grammar.
  • The individual must project a professional image in their interactions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on individual that is able to multi-task and work with little to minimal supervision
  • What qualifications will make you successful?
  • High School diploma.
  • Enrolled in post high school education program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • This position will provide administrative technical support for a Schneider Electric project to update and transition the site’s work instructions from PowerPoint to Excel. This will require a high level of experience with these two Microsoft programs, as well as SharePoint. This position will work closely with the project core team and will also interact with site employees to support the documentation of the revised work instructions. The tasks will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
