Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering
  • Entry level: 0- 2 years of experience with Analog and/or Power Electronics and/or Hardware
  • Associate level: 1+ years of experience with Analog and/or Power Electronics and/or Hardware
  • Experienced level: 3+ years of experience with Analog and/or Power Electronics and/or Hardware
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with Digital, Analog and Power Electronics
  • Experience with circuit design and analysis
  • Experience with Firmware, Microprocessor or other Hardware
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or other related advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Design and development of state-of-the art Analog / Power Electronics Bus Unit Hardware Engineer and electronics for aerospace applications
  • Duties will include electronics design, requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, testing, performance and design verification
  • Technical support for production and test of electronic products
  • Support projects involving Electronics design.
  • Maintain detailed requirements and specifications for various electronic products.
  • Develop detailed designs of limited scope.
  • Conducts various methods of testing and analysis to support design.
  • Capture data for technical performance measures and performs basic analysis.
  • Provide basic engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product. Conducts trade studies and literature research to support future product designs.
  • Work under general supervision.
