  • Audience Prioritization Aligned to Tent Pole Moments: Collaborate with Audience planning lead to highlight and plan for key tent pole moments throughout the year, ensuring our marketing strategies are timely, relevant, and impactful.
  • Audience Support for Competitive Response: Partner with Marketing Execution Team to help outline audience insights for near-term defensive marketing response activities.
  • Audience Cards Creation: Lead the development of audience cards that provide detailed insights into the defined segments, including demographics, preferences, behaviors, and engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Work closely with the direct marketing and digital media teams to ensure the identified audience segments are effectively targeted across all touchpoints, enhancing customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze audience engagement across various channels, providing regular reports to senior management on audience development initiatives' effectiveness and recommending optimizations.
  • Collaboration & Support: Serve as a key liaison and audience subject matter expert (SME) between the Audience Marketing and Planning organization and other departments, ensuring alignment on audience-centric strategies and initiatives.
