The primary responsibility of the Benefits Administrator is to manage the day-to-day administration of group benefit programs and leave of absence policies, ensuring excellent client service and alignment with the firm's Total Rewards Strategy.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of related benefits or HR experience. Experience with self-insured health care plans is also required, and prior experience with administration of leaves is preferred.
Is there a certification requirement for the Benefits Administrator role?
