What are the primary responsibilities of the Branch Operations Supervisor?
The primary responsibilities include handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, maintaining the fleet of campervans, controlling bookings and stock, addressing complaints and emergencies, preparing and cleaning campervans, monitoring maintenance needs, and assisting in reselling campervans.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates should be travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car. They must possess great communication skills, be eligible to work in Canada, have a valid driver’s license, and feel confident driving a campervan.
