  • Prepare information request responses for approval by federal staff.
  • Assist in data collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting on information requests received.
  • Support the implementation of the federal records management system.
  • Engage in document review to determine compliance with statutes, regulations, agency policy and procedures, and contract/grant requirements related to document retention and storage for federally funded programs.
  • Support the development of new records management processes and/or process for large-scale records collection.
  • Maintain clear records of all project activities.
