What is the main focus of the Clinical Research Nurse position?
The main focus of the Clinical Research Nurse position is to support Clinical Research studies across Clinical Research facilities in Ninewells Hospital and the Gannochy Trust Clinical Research Suite at Perth Royal Infirmary.
What qualifications are required to apply for this position?
Applicants must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
What kind of experience is necessary for this role?
Candidates should have an understanding of research within the NHS and post-registration clinical experience.
What responsibilities will the post-holder have?
The post-holder will manage a caseload of patients in research studies, provide nursing care, ensure adherence to regulations, screen, recruit, educate, provide clinical care, monitor participants, and collect and document study data.
