Responsibilities

  • Conceive, design and lead our core consumer growth initiatives including innovating on how we engage and change the behaviour of our sporadic users and driving our affordability efforts
  • Optimise our acquisition and reactivation strategy by quantifying the opportunity, identifying who we should target and understanding the best channel to reach our potential new users
  • Own the relationship with our merchant team, as together we seek to optimise our offers strategy creating the most compelling consumer value proposition possible
  • Work hand in hand with the marketing team to amplify the great consumer value we have on our platform and create buzz worthy moments
  • Own our consumer calendar and coordinate with other LOBs to ensure we have the right breath of offers in market at any given time, while not clouding the consumer messaging and efficiently deploying our large and dynamic incentives budget
  • Create a high performance and fun team environment for your 3-5 direct reports
