Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership of the Sales Integration Function: Develop a program of improvements for our integrations function. Drive that strategy forward with support from our development team. Ensuring that we have a reliable and repeatable way to integrate with our clients CRM systems.
  • Technical Consulting and Pre-Sales: Engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs and articulate complex integration processes clearly. Assess and analyse their CRM systems to design integration strategies that optimise their workflow and platform efficiency.
  • Advanced Technical Integration: Develop and deploy robust integration solutions using both existing and newly created scripts and tools. Ensure these integrations work seamlessly across different CRM systems, enhancing the client's experience and interaction with our platform.
  • Custom Solution Engineering: Utilise advanced automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to design, build, and maintain customised solutions. Address unique client challenges through creative and technically sophisticated approaches.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Provide expert-level support and training to clients post-integration, ensuring optimal functionality and satisfaction. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with CRM integrations, recommending improvements and upgrades when necessary. A
