Responsibilities

  • Liaise with national CBRE research teams to gather statistics and commentaries on European Commercial Real Estate markets
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on incoming queries regarding business challenges or opportunities
  • Prepare regular and quarterly management- and research reports for internal and external purposes and further enhancement of these
  • Review and evaluate collected European data and securing data quality, consistency, accuracy and comprehensiveness
  • Automate manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available ETL and dashboarding software
  • Collaborate with Digital & Technology and Customer success teams on improving platforms and data products
