Requirements

  • Experience working with data in an e-commerce, SaaS, or transactional environment including order and customer data
  • Ability to communicate and transfer complex information in a simplified manner
  • Expert in creating PowerPoint decks that clearly and concisely articulate an analysis into a story within the deck and when communicating the presentation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with at least one scripting language such as R, Python or Stata

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance
  • Three to Four (3-4) years’ work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics

Responsibilities

  • - Manages, tracks, and analyzes issues regarding data quality and identify trends requiring preventative and corrective action.
  • - Defines processes around and manage work required by other teams, ensuring clear requirements and prioritization.
  • - Develops quality metrics and monitoring methodologies in partnership with Analytics and Engineering teams.
  • - Communicates with partner’s business and technical teams on data best practices to ensure optimum data quality.
  • - Collaborates with Analytics, Engineering, and Product teams to keep data standards and requirements up to date and enabled for new product offerings.
  • - Provides operational insight, related to data quality considerations, to product team for future development of data related applications.
