Responsibilities

  • Design and develop builder ecosystem programs rewards and incentive strategies to accelerate success of emerging app and World builders at scale, defining priorities and building systems to track and report progress.
  • Manage a global scaled incentive and rewards program creating efficiencies, repeatable processes and ultimate driving performance growth for our builders.
  • Build analytical framework to facilitate product strategies and prioritizations.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new programs, features and builder experiences across markets and functional areas.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to support the launch of our products in new geographies and verticals.
  • Provide critical support on unplanned high-priority projects, working through ambiguity to create structure and execution plans in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in target markets.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify effectiveness of incentive and reward programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders supporting the success of the builder programs to ensure tight alignment of strategy and execution.
  • Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools, etc.) to identify and prioritize aligned rewards and incentives to core goals and initiatives.
