Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5 direct employees in Munich, India, the US and Singapore and many partially allocated D&I network colleagues worldwide
  • With your team you apply a D&I lens to all aspects of the employee experience, including internal and external communications, marketing and recruitment campaigns, learning content development, and inclusive procurement and product design
  • Report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead the overall D&I strategy by demonstrating the value of D&I activities
  • Create and implement a global diversity & inclusion multi-year strategy for the business, building a framework that aligns with our business goals
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR, talent, finance, procurement, marketing and environmental, social and governance (ESG) functions
  • Develop a series of benchmarks or key performance indicators (KPIs) so we can measure the impact of diversity and inclusion on the wider business
  • Ensure our performance management and progression routes are inclusive and accessible to all
  • Partner closely with business resource groups to develop our culture even more inclusive
  • Become the key subject matter expert in D&I topics, supporting the company internally and representing it externally as a thought leader
