Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee the entire portfolio of L&D programs and offerings to ensure timely design and delivery, identifying any capacity issues or resource reallocation needs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the L&D budget, including financial forecasting and invoice tracking and reconciliation, to ensure budget targets are met.
  • Vendor Management: Manage the L&D vendor portfolio, including third-party due diligence processes and executing vendor portfolio rationalization strategies.
  • Operational Rhythm: Sustain the regular operating rhythm of the L&D organization and leadership team, including weekly leadership team meetings, quarterly operating reviews, quarterly L&D reports, and quarterly L&D town halls.
  • Presentations and Communications: Support the Chief Learning Officer on various executive-level presentations and communications / change plan to keep HR partners engaged and informed on L&D initiatives and progress.
  • Process Documentation: Ensure all L&D processes are documented, stored, and managed to maintain audit readiness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Inquiry Management Experience: Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to continuously identify root causes and reduce inquiries for avoidable learning/training issues.
