Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high performing Strategic Sales Operations team to meet organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of four high performing mangers and team around 40 people.
  • Provide leadership on all aspects of Sales Operations to team members: commercial strategy, sales compensation, quota setting, sales awards, sales analytics, budget management, and program management.
  • Lead Strategic Plan and Annual Operation Plan deliverables.
  • Provide direction in setting overall selling budgets and guidelines.
  • Define annual and quarterly organizational goals.
  • Provide field sales leadership with reporting to run the business.
  • Develop commercial strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Influence acceptance of key commercial strategies through use of data driven storytelling.
  • Define, delegate, and manage strategic projects to improve business performance.
  • Work with VPs of Sales and VPs of Marketing to maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition to modify and prioritize sales training strategies along with other strategic projects.
  • Lead a team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization.
  • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).
