Responsibilities

  • Join the engineering team of our HR domain to deliver efficient and innovate solutions
  • Manage the delivery value chain and deployment pipeline with Product Managers and System Designers whilst leading engineering efforts following lean, agile, and DevOps principles
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business and technology implications based on the application of engineering methodology to the current environment
  • Oversee and support the process of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure clear and concise specifications including evaluating feasibility, identifying potential risks, and defining mitigation strategies
  • Support the ongoing operation and steer incident, problem, change and request management processes
