Requirements

  • This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
  • Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
  • Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a customer support role
  • Must have strong knowledge of United States geography
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Familiar with systems such as SAP
  • 1+ year experience in transportation
  • Typical Education/Experience:
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for transportation requirements and facilitates delivery problem resolution
  • Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of material, products or related services
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements and returns for customer orders
  • Designs transportation plans and solutions
  • Identifies requirements and business rules for third party freight audit and payment provider to ensure compliance within our facility.
