Responsibilities

  • Provision of professional leadership and specialist knowledge to support policy development.
  • Transforming practice through service engagement.
  • Legal risk mitigation.
  • The post holder will provide strategic leadership and will lead on policy development in relation to NHSGGC’s equalities duties and legislation, and provide expert advice to support the development of key NHS strategies, service redesign and service developments, ensuring NHSGGC designs and delivers services in a way that is compliant with that legislation and meets the needs of our diverse population.
  • The post holder will also be required to lead aspects of the EHR team development including the development of performance measures and ensuring the resources (finance and staff) are deployed appropriately.
