The basic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science, along with 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years with a Master’s or PhD.

Yes, a B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
