Responsibilities

  • As an Experience Design Manager in the Design Studios team, you are a strategic problem solver and ground-breaking leader who understands people, design, business and technology, and can combine it all to propose solutions and experiences to project’s needs.
  • As a creative thought-leader with an excellent digital background, you will lead, guide, mentor and motivate a team of Experience designers in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, working across brand design, brand experience (multi-touchpoint), Design Systems (UI), digital products and service solutions (prototypes and POCs). You will do this while building deep client relations, making senior clients feel both comfortable and engaged through the entire process. Collaborating with a multi-dimension team of creative specialists, you will be establishing the frameworks and vision that will guide the outcome for new experiences.
  • As a design thought partner for the consulting team, you are going to demonstrate a design & brand strategy approach and offer design solutions to meet the client's objectives.
  • You will work with our consulting teams, lead and coordinate digital & design projects end-to-end by implementing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative solutions. You are comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, preferring a mix of strategic and design work.
  • Quickly building rapport and trust with clients and providing direction and design critique to team members, you are going to be creative as well as analytical and enjoy working on various projects - from service design to UX/UI. Collaborating with the global Design Studios digital team, and leading projects with an international team when needed is also part of this role.
  • You’ll lead and develop creative briefs that assemble the business challenge, build timelines, ensure all deadlines are met, communicate with clients and have the ability to conceptualize digital solutions, support all decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning, present concepts and discuss ideas to internal clients.
  • Leading and coordinating on multiple creative projects at one time, you’ll drive the execution of creative projects ensuring clients are satisfied with the quality of the final result. You will provide leadership and inculcate pioneering ideas to the Digital team while establishing rich and engaging partnerships with BCG Consulting teams. In this role, guiding Visual designers and Experience Designers in the team from associate to senior level, providing mentorship, direction, upskilling and support throughout their career development is also a responsibility of yours.
