Responsibilities

  • - The Analyst will work as an integral member of the team on the underwriting and approval of corporate derivative trades and counterparty limits.
  • - The position involves working on multiple simultaneous transactions at various stages and with differing approval timelines.
  • - This includes liaising with the desk on pricing and risk models, legal & documentation teams on summarizing key transaction terms, researching and summarizing key financial highlights, and preparing Cap Tables and requisite financial statements.
  • - Given coordination across various teams and transactions, the Analyst will need to be adept at multi-tasking, detail-oriented and have good interpersonal skills.
