Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing businesses with your technical expertise as part of our Application Engineering team in Düsseldorf, Germany, acting as a bridge between clients and Henkel’s R&D departments
  • Develop and implement data-driven methods to optimize pilot-scale manufacturing processes in R&D by analyzing sensor data and process parameters to uncover improvement opportunities
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate insights from data analysis, collaborating with product developers and engineers to turn findings into actionable process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and validation of digital twins to simulate and optimize production workflows
  • Take an active role in rotation projects - working on lab, customer, and business-related tasks—while exploring future trends in digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
