Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering HV / MV grid interconnection projects, substations and overhead lines / cables, involving working with Electricity Utilities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HV / MV electrical safety standards & protocols.
  • Professional communication skills in English and Spanish or Italian
  • Master’s Degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
  • Experience designing substations or other energy infrastructure.
  • Experience working for utilities and with or for energy regulators.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, data centers and cloud services.
  • Ability to converse in German and/or French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • You will communicate with senior and VP stakeholders to deliver complex projects across diverse teams to tight timelines
  • You will provide weekly reporting on key project risks & issues at senior management, director and vice president level
  • You will drive the grid infrastructure delivery program
  • You will standardize processes, and develop tools for delivery executions
  • You will support financial budgeting and act as the point of contact between AWS and electricity utilities
