Responsibilities

  • Define the vision for the Voice Route to Market strategy in collaboration with the Director of Voice, supporting the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and delivering the long-term vision for our customers, people, and business.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive plans across all horizons (Quarterly, Annual, LRP), including robust business cases to support core commercial and customer plans, ensuring seamless execution of key program launches.
  • Build a robust measurement framework to assess the performance of initiatives, enabling regular review and optimization to meet commercial and LRP targets.
  • Unlock valuable insights by collaborating with the wider business, using customer insights and understanding core commercial and customer KPIs to shape the strategy and influence key decisions.
  • Operate cross-functionally to build excellent relationships with various internal teams (Customer Service Group, Digital, Retail, Product, Finance, Data) and ensure the value of Voice is understood and integrated into their strategies.
