Responsibilities

  • A key element of the post will be working across public health partners to develop better connectivity and linkages with the HDRC programme. The post-holder will require excellent partnership, communication and influencing skills alongside the ability to understand complex systems and present them in a clear way. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to improving health, reducing inequalities and delivering better outcomes. The post holder is expected to fulfil the Standards for Public Health Practice (Health improvement) at an Advanced level. This post will initially be hosted within the Northwest Health Improvement Team on behalf of the city, although this may change. The post holder will required to spend a portion of their working week based with the HDRC team in the city centre.
