The ideal candidate must have a passion for genuine hospitality, a proactive and positive attitude, resilience, a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality, previous experience in hotel/leisure/tourism operations, flexibility in location, and the right to work in the UK & Ireland.

The Hotel Management Graduate Programme in Edinburgh offers a challenging mix of work experience and learning, allowing candidates to gain exposure to various aspects of hotel operations. They will be mentored by experienced managers and have the opportunity to take on supervisory roles within 3 months, aiming to secure a permanent manager position within the 2-year program.
