Responsibilities

  • Supports the clinicians and leadership of Sutter Medical Group in the greater Sacramento area.
  • Actively participates in development of employee relations programs.
  • Provides assistance in the form of advice and counsel to management regarding: application of human resource practices, policies and procedures, compliance with employment regulations and laws and resolution of complaints.
  • Provides full spectrum HR support to clinicians including benefit administration, payroll concerns, and leave of absences.
  • Supports leadership with grievance meetings, investigations, complaint resolutions, staff counseling and related progressive discipline activities.
  • Supports leadership with key initiatives as directed by HR and operational leadership.
  • Facilitates clinician access to HR services.
