Requirements

  • Design und/oder Innenarchitektur haben dein Studium bzw. deine Ausbildung und deine bisherige Arbeit geprägt – deine Leidenschaft ist das Wohnen und Einrichten und du besitzt umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Layout, Store- und Grafikdesign.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft und die Fähigkeit, ein von Vertrauen geprägtes und kreatives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
  • Du kannst ein Team von Führungskräften coachen, motivieren und fördern. Im Managementteam überzeugst du mit deiner souveränen Art und inspirierst deine Kolleg*innen zum Erreichen der gemeinsamen Ziele.
  • Du verfügst über analytische, strategische und planerische Kompetenzen und denkst stets service- und lösungsorientiert. Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte für verschiedene Zielgruppen verständlich aufbereiten.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Trainingskompetenzen. Du kannst strategische Beziehungen vertrauensvoll aufbauen und mit deinen internen und externe Schnittstellen erfolgreich auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren.

Responsibilities

  • Du stellst sicher, dass in allen Bereichen deines Einrichtungshauses die visuelle Identität von IKEA umgesetzt ist. Dadurch stärkst du die Marke IKEA und hebst sie deutlich von der Konkurrenz ab. Als kreative Führungskraft gibst du deinem Einrichtungshaus das gewisse Etwas. Deine Handschrift zeigt sich in der Verantwortung für die Creative Direction und der Art und Weise, wie die Markenidentität von IKEA zum Ausdruck gebracht wird.
  • Im Einrichtungshaus bist du Abteilungsleiter*in von vier Teams: „Interior Design“, „Visual Merchandising & Activity“, „Graphic Communication“ und „Handwerk“. Du steuerst deine Teams bei der Sicherstellung eines optimalen Layouts des Einrichtungshauses, relevanter und inspirierender Lösungen zur Sortimentspräsentation und einer effektiven und effizienten Kommunikation im Einrichtungshaus.
  • Kreativität und Wirtschaftlichkeit sind für dich keine Gegensätze, sondern Werkzeuge und Ziele in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Kontext. Gemeinsam mit dem Management Team deines Einrichtungshauses erstellst du Aktions- Ressourcen- und Zeitpläne und bist für deren Umsetzung verantwortlich. Dazu gehört auch die Einhaltung des Budgets und der Konzeptvorgaben.
  • Mit deinem übergreifenden Blick im schnelllebigen Einzelhandelsumfeld identifizierst du aktuelle und zukünftige Geschäftsanforderungen und –chancen. Du unterstützt mit deinem Fachwissen über das Leben der Menschen zuhause sowie das Einkaufsverhalten der Kund*innen, die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans deines Einrichtungshauses.
  • Du agierst als Botschafter*in der IKEA Werte und lebst sie deinen Mitarbeiter*innen vor. Du verstehst es, dein Team zu führen, weiterzuentwickeln und mit deiner Begeisterung anzustecken. Deine Aufgabe ist es auch, neue Mitglieder für dein Team zu rekrutieren.
