Responsibilities

  • The Medical Secretary will be responsible for all audio typing and booking of appointments for all clinicians they support.
  • As well as all other administrative requirements.
  • Emails, phone calls, general admin tasks and responsibilities.
  • The post holder will be required to support with logging into our phone system daily and supporting reception when required.
  • The post holder will be working with new systems and processes and be expected to contribute to the development of these as part of their role.
