Responsibilities

  • Coordinate course and curriculum scheduling, logistics, and communications
  • Coordinate onboarding & scheduling of vendor instructors and facilitators
  • Manage program costs, invoice payment and allocations
  • Enter course, session, and participant information in the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage attendance
  • Ensure successful delivery of classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning events and programs
  • Run and analyze standard and ad hoc LMS and Tableau reports to support biannual nomination process, operating reviews, and other metrics requests. Acquire proficiency in data analysis via LMS reports and the Learning Tableau Dashboard.
  • Collect and report Level 1 evaluations to assess learner reactions, and course and facilitator effectiveness
  • Secure training locations, materials and supplies required for delivery (including external contracting with hotel and conference facilities)
  • Coordinate the marketing of training opportunities through multiple communication channels
  • Ensure virtual and hybrid learning is engaging for all learners through innovative use of technology and tools and thoughtful coordination and production
  • Develop and maintain L&PD SharePoint site / Teams / Viva Engage site structure for aligned programs
  • Monitor learning community mailboxes, respond to inquiries or escalate as appropriate
  • Work with vendor partners to manage training materials, versions, licenses and other contractual items. Ensure vendor adherence to contract terms.
  • Participate in Enterprise Learning, HR, or enterprise projects focused on the successful delivery of training
  • Continually strive to maximize the learners’ experience in our courses and programs through a continuous improvement mindset and close attention to the VOC
