Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing assets - Planned maintenance: Execute the weekly maintenance planning routine, which includes tasks prioritisation, maintenance shutdown scheduling in collaboration with production and work order execution review.
  • Execute and coordinate with the maintenance team, the review, creation and optimisation of maintenance plans in SAP to improve the quality and effectiveness of the maintenance planning system, including facilitating the implementation of 5W&1H (SMPs and Task Lists) for scheduled maintenance.
  • Coordinate 3rd party maintenance service providers to ensure high quality of service and challenge cost.
  • Be a part of the Continuous improvement process by leading projects/initiatives.
  • Build Engineering Capability: Build AMM (SAP) competencies within Engineering.
  • Manage existing assets - Budget management: Provide supporting data for maintenance budget planning and tracking. Establish and deploy AMM predefined reports to facilitate review of maintenance indicators.
  • Spare parts management: Coordinate and support the Technical Stores with the creation of new critical spares, review and update BOM’s and participate in slow moving parts reviews.
  • Optimise maintenance planning and strategy, ensuring engineering and hygienic maintenance compliance.
  • Support in safety and quality issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of all relevant technical documentation.
  • Participating and positively contributing to site initiatives as requested to include HACCP, ISO9002, CDM etc.
  • Raising purchase orders where required, liaising with Maintenance Engineers and technicians.
