  • Customer Experience Champion: Collaborate with product stakeholders to ensure a consistent, unified, and high-quality customer experience and user experience across all touch points. Lead large design initiatives from end-to-end, hosting initiative-level sessions, driving adoption of consistent design language and providing day-to-day design leadership.
  • Experience Research Champion: Participate in all phases of the research and design process from framing the right problem to solve and defining the design target all the way through to defining the vision, and future state experience to the validation of concepts, prototype or already built products.
  • Fostering Collaboration & Innovation: Contribute to the teamwork by participating into design workshops and reviews, involving partners, and creating collaborative opportunities to cultivate innovation.
