  • Relevant experience with marketing automation platforms and programmatic advertising (Eloqua, Sprinklr, AEM or equivalent), and analytics tools.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office suite especially PowerPoint and Excel and creative media tools such as Canva, Camtasia or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Executing B2C retail marketing strategies to promote Siemens' products and solutions, ensuring brand alignment and positioning in the market.
  • Partner closely with regional sales teams to create and distribute high-quality in-store marketing materials, including displays, point-of-sale content, and product brochures.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics, leverage the insights to optimize future campaigns and drive higher customer engagement.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product teams, sales, and market activation agencies to align market activations with product launches and market needs.
  • Manage Siemens' e-commerce platform for switchgear products, optimizing visibility and traffic through targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid search, and SEO, to increase customer engagement, drive lead generation, and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Partner with Digital Team to execute content across websites, and social media platforms ensuring consistency with Siemens' branding and messaging. Use advanced analytics tools to track the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Support the digital team in paid media planning and implement strategies using tools such as Sprinklr and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Align demand generation and brand-building activities to generate high-quality leads.
  • Plan & execute industry events and exhibitions, ensuring Siemens' presence communicates innovation and leadership. Oversee vendor management, logistics, PO creation and on-site activations, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Bring in impactful & innovative experiential marketing ideas that elevate Siemens’ presence, engage customers, and support lead generation.
  • Produce detailed event reports, analyzing attendee feedback, engagement levels, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and inform future event strategies.
  • Support the business in creating newsletters, announcements, and internal videos, to foster a strong company culture and keep employees informed. Lead internal engagement initiatives that align with Siemens’ core values and business objectives, including town hall meetings.
  • Work with other departments, and business units to design communications that enhance employee experience and engagement across all channels.
