Responsibilities

  • Working within Microbiology, providing high quality administrative and secretarial support to both the clinical and the laboratory teams in a timely manner. Administration and secretarial support will enable the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis.
  • To liaise with a wide variety of service users and staff to give information and/or signpost them to the most appropriate member of staff. Co-ordinate Health Protection activities for the department.
  • This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
