Requirements

  • What’s great is that you don’t need to bring any specific experience to this role – you just need to bring your best attitude to work, make things happen at pace and overall be yourself. You’re friendly, you enjoy helping people and it really shows. Plus, you’re comfortable with the idea of learning to use new technology and gadgets to do your job – and to do it very well.

Responsibilities

  • As a Merchandising Controller, you’ll be responsible for following our merchandising principles to create and maintain the displays across the store to sell our amazing product ranges and provide a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.
  • In practice it will be your job to implement the latest product layouts, working closely with colleagues to ensure our in-store displays are looking their best and our products are readily available to customers. You’ll be able to follow the display guidelines, but also be confident in using your initiative to make things as simple to colleagues and customers alike. Additionally, you will be on hand for our customers, providing a friendly, professional face to deal with queries, providing expert advice to keep them coming back.
  • You’ll also bring the flexibility we need to ensure a seamless customer experience, by working where you’re needed most whether that’s adapting your work pattern to support promotional activities, getting our stores ready for seasonal events, advising customers on the shop floor or helping with replenishment activities.

Lend a hand, lead an industry, break the mould. Become the best you that you can be, in a role you enjoy.
