  • Mitarbeiter Personal - HR Kompetenzcenter (w/m/d) wirst Du bei uns mit einer abgeschlossen Ausbildung als Personalkauffrau:mann, Personalfachkauffrau:mann oder mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwesen.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen aus dem Personalwesen, wie Personaladministration, Personalverwaltung oder Mitarbeiterbetreuung mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.

Responsibilities

  • In unserem HR Kompetenzcenter bist Du die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu allen Human Resources-Themen.
  • Als Mitarbeiter Personal - HR Kompetenzcenter (w/m/d) bist Du Teil eines virtuellen Teams und beantwortest alle HR-Anfragen unserer Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte während der Service-Zeiten von 9 - 17 Uhr, vorwiegend per Telefon oder E-Mail aber auch persönlich vor Ort.
  • Bei Bedarf übernimmst Du die themenspezifische Abstimmung mit weiteren HR-Teams oder auch den regionalen Personalleiter:innen.
  • Du arbeitest mit allen Bereichen unserer Personalabteilung wie Recruiting, Payroll, Betreuung und der Personalentwicklung, um Themen gebündelt und kompetent persönlich, am Telefon und per E-Mail beantworten zu können.
  • Du stellst für Schwerpunktthemen im Personalbereich die Aktualität der Wissensdatenbank sowie den Wissenstransfer sicher und schulst dahingehend Deine Teamkolleg:innen.
