Operations Manager (Confined Spaces)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Progression

Do you have a qualification in confined spaces? Are you looking to step into an Operations Management role with a company who are growing quickly, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in the business and further future potential progression?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who are at a pivotal point of growth, expanding and taking on new bigger projects with high profile clients. There will be the chance to progress as the company expands to a director of operations, having your own team of operations managers working below you.

This role will see you managing team of people as well as taking part in hands on confined space rescue for their clients. You will be liaising between your team and the client, making sure all paperwork and forms are up to date and compliance with regulations. You will also be on site ready to leave the office to assist the team with rescue missions should you be required to.

This role would suit someone who has experience with high risk confined rescue with a background in either Mountain rescue, Army services, Fire Service, Life boating or Paramedic and Health and Safety. This would suit someone from this background looking to take on more responsibility in an Operations based role.
