Responsibilities

  • Acting autonomously as subject matter expert on catalog and content publishing processes. This includes having a comprehensive knowledge of different types of catalog and content attributes; functional knowledge of the systems used and how to troubleshoot and resolve complex situations; knowing cross functional partners involved; and being able to deliver on all requests independently
  • Ability to simplify complex catalogue and content processes and clearly articulate them to external teams fostering effective collaboration and alignment
  • Spearheading process efficiencies around weekly product drops, plus feature transition process with alignment from cross-functional partners
  • Lead in actioning relevant catalogue operations requests from weekly standups, while delegating non-catalogue operation requests/questions to the proper cross-functional partners
  • Execute weekly production tasks associated with merchandising products and content assets on digital properties
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and optimization of lululemon’s catalog and content publishing properties, including front-end, guest-facing and back-end catalog and content tools
  • Responsible for cross functional partnership with key partners across multiple departments within the organization, continuously seeking opportunities for process optimization and partnership
  • Support the ecommerce operations leadership, product management and technology teams in prioritization, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced platform features. Develop, update and maintain all relevant operational documentations to support new processes and platform features alongside legacy system SOPs
  • Ensure efficiency and coordination for the Catalog Operations team: evaluate and meet the catalog and content deployment needs of digital section owners
