Responsibilities

  • We are looking to hire an exceptional Partner Operations Analyst who can work effectively in a rapidly expanding work environment.
  • The successful candidate will work across multiple departments to support sales segment leaders and representatives by providing process initiatives and insights that can be used in forming a sales strategy.
  • This analyst will start primarily crafting structured operational processes, management reports and business dashboards, monitor daily sales operations, and assess periodical performance.
  • Periodical Operations Performance Monitoring. Dashboard, reports, and metrics monitoring.
  • Actively Drive Project Status. Reporting and Detailed assessment on key steps: Issue identification, problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations, and risk management.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership. Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices whilst establishing relationships, prioritizing tasks, driving project achievements from project concept to closure.
  • With enough understanding of the business operations, an analyst will collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing dashboards and reports, provide analytics of data, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend decisions on key operational concerns.
  • Project Management and Analysis. This role requires strong database manipulation and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to undertake projects with multi-functional teams.
  • Projects are likely to focus on improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • The analyst will support Partner sales initiatives through the identification of opportunities, creation of project plans, database modeling, interpretation of analysis, recommendation, implementation, and measuring and monitoring results.
  • Handling Channel Ops Cases. Partner account updates, manage distribution of leads, and enhance existing processes.
