  • 5+ years of demonstrated results as an Account or Vendor Manager in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation in delivery and publishing capabilities by influencing and external partners and internal stakeholders. Advocate on behalf of partners and internal business stakeholders to ensure Prime Video systems provide a best-in-class user experience, making Prime Video the preferred global platform for content providers.
  • Define the digital supply chain road map, eliminate redundant process, gain alignment across multiple key stakeholders, and execute on goals.
  • Design workflow strategies for accelerated content delivery in multiple languages, formats, and platforms, while simplifying and eliminating redundant practices.
  • Distill insights on partner capabilities to advise and enhance business strategies such as new content and market launches.
  • Write quarterly business reviews (and monthly business reviews) that are reviewed at leadership level.
  • Contribute to or drive strategic initiatives and author documents independently.
  • Manage complex escalations that may span across multiple business units, with active participation in meetings with Global teams during early/late IST hours.
