What is the primary purpose of the Polymer Component Process Development Engineer III role?
The primary purpose is to lead the development of robust, capable, cost-effective, and safe extrusion, balloons, and moulding processes, ensuring an efficient transfer of new products and processes into commercial production.
What kind of educational background is required for this position?
A Level 8 bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering/Science or equivalent (240 credits) is required for this position.
How many years of experience are necessary for this role?
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineer supporting New Product Development of extruded and injection moulded components, as well as balloon moulding processes for the medical device industry, is required.
Is validation experience important for this role?
Yes, good technical capabilities and ideally validation experience are important for this role.
