Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with practice teams to develop and maintain high quality practice learning environments through the development of the Practice Supervisors/ and Assessor roles
  • Identifying and supporting the development of new Practice Learning Environments to effectively support nursing and midwifery students
  • Leading the delivery of programmes of work such as Flying Start Contributing to the provision of a wide variety of supportive initiatives including Restorative Clinical Supervision and educational activities that meet both quality assurance standards and regulatory body requirements
  • Encouraging a culture that supports and embeds the use of feedback and learning about the Practice Learning Environment to ensure continuous improvement
