Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 8-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and complex analytical projects.
  • An ideal candidate also has:
  • Experience with advanced statistical methods or AI tools.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a clear and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and modernization of Operations data platforms and infrastructure, employing advanced data analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Utilize modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other techniques to collect and analyze large, complex data sets across the entire operations ecosystem.
  • Provide enhanced reporting systems and deliver reliable information in a timely manner.
  • Engage in supply chain budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the preparation of business reviews and presentations.
  • Manage special projects requiring in-depth analysis of supply chain data.
  • Specialize in using advanced analytical methods to identify trends and insights.
  • Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence using presentation tools such as ThinkCell, Tableau, and Google Workspace.
  • Generate rapid ad hoc reports and maintain datasets for executive decision-makers.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce information dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Plan and develop easy data access methods for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and appropriateness.
  • Develop methods and systems to analyze unstructured data.
  • Generate insights and solutions for stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.
  • Construct predictive models and algorithms, including the use of emerging technologies.
  • Validate the effectiveness of executive reports and continuously improve our data analysis methodologies.
  • Strong initiative and comfort with ambiguity, ready to lead projects from the ground up without established roles and responsibilities.
