  • Act as coordinator within the Traveler Experience team, tracking progress and supporting Product Manager from both HRG and Neo, including Readiness. This includes data tracking, score card, 180 follow up.
  • Support and maintain relationships with external provider, such as Routehappy/ATPCO or translation service providers.
  • Contribute to process improvement and organizational initiative, including participation in global projects related to Neo’s Voice of customer or Analytics. This involves analyzing feedback and data while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes.
